Use it towards the bill for food and drink, indulge in one of our signature sharing boards, or tap into the experience directly at our self-service wine machines to explore a carefully selected range by the glass.

The Wallow Gift Card may be used as full or part payment for eligible food and drink purchases at The Wallow, including purchases made through our self-service wine machines.

The card may be used across multiple visits until its available balance is spent or it expires.

The card expires 365 days after the date it is issued. Any remaining balance will be removed after expiry and cannot be refunded, transferred, or reinstated.

Gift cards are available in the values displayed at the time of purchase. The remaining balance can only be checked in person at The Wallow by speaking to a member of our team.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given. Any remaining balance will stay on the card until it is spent or expires.

Gift cards should be treated like cash. The Wallow cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, copied, or unauthorised cards, and they will not normally be replaced.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

All purchases made using a gift card are subject to availability and our usual booking, cancellation, licensing, and age-verification requirements.

Gift cards are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or deactivate a gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
